Brad Chun

 ​Welcome to 20 Degrees North Real Estate, Bradford Chun! Brad brings over 30 years of property management experience spanning California, Washington, and Hawai'i. He is a graduate of Maryknoll High School and Seattle University, with a degree in Electrical Engineering. 

Brad took his engineering skills to the field of aviation, working as an Engineer for United Airlines; and then as an Engineering Manager at Boeing,  and eventually landed at Hawaiian Airlines as Senior Director of Engineering. After more than three decades in the aircraft industry, his last position before corporate retirement brought him back to the islands, working for Hawaiian Airlines.

Brad is expanding his wings, now engaged in property sales, investments and management. As a Realtor-Associate with 20 Degrees North Real Estate,  As an investor himself, Brad is familiar with the benefits and challenges that come with being a landlord, As a result, he knows the importance of being responsive to landlord and tenant needs in a timely manner.
