Bernice "Chamorrita" Matsunaga

Bernice "Chamorrita" Matsunaga originally hails from Guam (13 degrees north) and brings 10+  years of experience managing single & multi family homes, apartments, condos and short-term vacation rentals. 

Chamorrita's real estate career began in 2004 with RE/MAX Diamond Realty on Guam where she managed 100+ units, oversaw projects and assisted with the construction of her personal home. In 2010 she moved to Sacramento where she joined an investment group  in flipping and fixing homes. She followed that venture by relocating to Hawaii and managing properties and vacation rentals. 

Chamorrita finds satisfaction empowering herself with knowledge and skills which allow her to better serve her clients and colleagues.

Chamorrita actively gives back to her community through the Red Cross, with whom she collaborated to provide disaster relief to Guam when the island was hit by typhoon Omar in 1992. 

When she isn’t managing properties or serving passengers on Hawaiian Airlines,  she can be found building memories with her sons, trekking the trails of Oahu, exploring various cities and cultures, cooking and dancing.
