Aliko "Ali" Ban

Ali has been a licensed Realtor since 2012 and Broker since 2016. 

She previously worked at Locations, iProperties Hawaii; most recently she was a Broker-in-Charge with Redfin and will now serve in the same capacity at 20 Degrees North Real Estate. 

In addition to sales, she assists with contract reviews, mentoring and training. 

Prior to real estate, Ali was Senior VP of Retail Operations at Maui Divers Jewelry and a Director of Revenue Management at Hilton Hotels in New York City as well as in her hometown of Portland, Oregon. 

She started her undergraduate studies in Japanese Language and Literature at the University of Hawaii Manoa, and graduated from the University of Washington.

She is a published author (The God Layer: Faith Lessons in Real Estate) and a blog writer (www.alibanrealestate).

Ali is a consistent top producer in the O'ahu real estate market with over 360 career transactions and counting. 

She received the Honolulu Board of Realtors' Aloha A'ina award in 2020 and gives all glory to God for guiding her career.
